A Partnership is a legal relationship formed between two or more persons (up to a maximum of 20) who come together to carry on a business with the goal of making a profit. This form of business is governed under the Law of Contract Act, Cap. 345, and its name must be registered with BRELA under the Business Names (Registration) Act, Cap. 213.
